Angry rant about dentist

So this morning i went to the dentist forgot my wallet so had to go all the way back home and then go all the way back just to have a crap. Appointment for the dentist to tell me i have to go somewhere else to have 2 teeth pulled and the offices that they gave me the numbers to are all over 50~100 miles i have medicade and you expect me to drive that much just to have 2 teeth that you could have pulled out what's wrong with this picture so agrivated and to top all that off gave me Tylenol for the pain if i wanted Tylenol i would hve went to my dresser and grabbed it i get its the only thing i can really take but seriously insted of making me spend more money just tell me to take the crap i already am taking if i wanted to go somewhere else i would have called somewhere else wtf?
