Best type of birth control for someone who usually gets severe migraines from too much estrogen?

Hello, well as the title suggests I am wondering what would be the best type of birth control for someone that suffers from migraines when there's too much estrogen in my body. The only thing that's worked for me in the past is the Depo shot. But I was on that since I was 16. And I don't want to be on that forever. Also I was wondering if there was a pill or something that would help to regulate my very irregular period. Since I came off birth control back in September of 2015 I've only had my period once. And it came back more heavily than when I used to get it. And I shared one of the tips on my Facebook from this app and one of my family members said I should ask about PCOS since she has it. So I don't know really.
