No symptoms at around 7 weeks!

Anyone else not have many symptoms ? It's freaking me out. I know my HCG is at 22,000 and going up and I had an ultrasound just short of 6 weeks and they could see a sac but too early for a heart beat yet but I just don't really feel pregnant! I have sore breasts in the morning, minor headaches, and some nights I crash really hard early in the night but other than that nothing else. Anyone else having a similar experience ? I understand many of you may be jealous but it is nerve wracking feeing so good !
