Is that what I am thinking it is behind the thigh...would be seen in a different plane of view. It resembles somewhat of my son's 'parts' in his potty shot. Of course the top picture is not a potty shot...bottom is slightly curved up and right leg is semi-crossed blocking the true genitals area (potty shot)
