Going to a support group
Have you been to any groups for new moms? Was it helpful? Or are other moms judgemental?
This might seem like a silly question.. but I don't want to be weird.
How do I carry my baby and hold my baby there? Do I leave her in the car carrier and carry that or just carry her in?
I'm really quite the introvert, but since I'm not working I need to get out of the house!
