So I just got the mirena on Thursday and I've only had light bleeding. But I have clear stringy discharge (sometimes bloody) and I have a bit of a smell that reminds me of metal? If that makes sense. I was healed and clear of any infections at my post partum check up. Also I should note that my hygiene is fine! So I know its not that I just smell.. Could it be a hormonal thing because of the mirena?
