First Trimester Insomnia anyone?

Do you have insomnia even though you're so tired during the day? What helps you sleep?

I don't have a problem going to sleep. My problem is STAYING asleep. Like my alarm to get ready for work is set for 7:30.... I wake up everyday now between 5:30-6 and can't go back to sleep.

3 mg or melatonin!! It's perfectly safe for you even while pregnant!! And it lets you get a decent sleep:D

I try not to drink water an hour or two before bed. I also eat some crackers before bed because I notice I'm waking from nausea.
