Travel in first trimester
I have to travel to Germany next week for work and I'm a bit nervous. I'm occasionally nauseous, but haven't had too many other symptoms. I'm just afraid to be stuck on a plane for 8+ hours while feeling miserable, and it's taken all the excitement out of my trip. :(
Any tips or tricks for how to deal while I'm on the plane? My plan of attack right now is to bring a backpack full of snacks, as food has been the best medicine so far.
