Pregnancy around here?

Is their any girls that are 16 or 17 that are pregnant or already did have a child at the time? I'm 16 and thinking about pregnancy with my SO and I want to know how it's like?

Are you financially independent, like have your own home? Working? Car? Finished HIGHSCHOOL yet? IF not, then you should be studying your books, not men.

I got pregnant with my first daughter at 16 and had her at 17. While I do love her dearly and would not trade her for the world, I STRONGLY recommend that you wait. Not only do you need to finish school, you need to give yourself a chance at a good career. I am 30 now and still struggling with finishing college. I went through some pretty rough times; thinking that her father was "the one" only to end up in an abusive relationship with two children and a lousy husband. I finally left in 2009, have had two-three jobs trying to make ends meet at times. They are now 13 and 9 and I'm still battling their father over custody and child support. Not that your story will turn out like mine, but having a child at such a young age is really tough. I missed out on graduating with my friends, going to college and making great memories with them. I am struggling to get my life in order, the way it should be for my kids.
Please give yourself time to grow into a beautiful, successful woman. You and your future children will be better for it! I promise!

You have so much to look forward to. I really wanted a baby when I was 17 but if I had conceived, I wouldn't have gone to college, started a career and I probably wouldn't have met my husband. I get where you are coming from, but at the same time you have so much time to have a baby. Be young while you can.

Are you currently supporting and taking care of yourself on your own? Do you still live with your parents? Have you finished high school and started taking some college courses or started trade school? These are the questions you should be asking. Having a baby is no joke. Your life isn't yours anymore. Live your life now and wait until you're older, self-sufficient, and capable of being completely responsible for a small human. Also, being in a serious, committed relationship is helpful because trust me, it's much easier to share the parenting load with someone.

This makes me sad... I had my daughter shortly after I turned 18 and it was such a struggle and still is. It just dissappoints me to hear that this is the mind set the younger generation grows up with.

I have had younger friends get pregnant at a young age and I always wanted to as well. Now that I'm financially stable and with my SO we are trying and I'm 22 and I'm happy I waited until now. 16-20 are the fun years where I got to do all the stupid things I couldn't have done with a child. As much as all of my friends have done well and are happy and love their children they have all said how they did wish they had waited until they were more ready money wise.

I'm not pregnant or I haven't had a baby but I am a god mother I keep my god daughter all the time at the time her mother gave birth to her she let me keep for for about 1 year for myself it was the best experience ever! I'm 17 going on 18 im June I'm currently ttc my own baby

I'm not judging you , definitely your business but it's not that easy to have a baby that young you still have many things to do before baby's come, I have 2 years old boy and sometimes I want sleep and eat and do something else but I can't because he always need somethings and it's nothing I can do because to be  a mom it's a  non stop job
