Hey ladies help please ??

So I'm very doubts about gets my 8 weeks checkup and I'd rather wait until the don't have to do a transvaginal. I'm pregnant with my rainbow baby and when I got transvaginal ultrasounds in my last pregnancy it caused terrible bleeding. Does anyone know when you can get your first ultrasound over the tummy ??
