Crazy appetite prior to period?

I usually get huge food craving for anything salty the day before my period starts and it's like uncontrollable .since mine is irregular it is a good wake up call . ; ) does anyone else have this problem?

This happens to me a lot do to my period being unregulor. What it is. Is your body preparing for your period.to replace the iorn and other vitamins that  your body losses. It all normal.

I'm normally a super healthy person, like I'll willingly say no to sweets and junk food and such, but like a few days to a week before my period starts I'll basically trash my diet and eat anything and everything I can, which is maddening lol

I eat like I'll never see food again. Which is happening again. I'm pigging out on baked potatoes with sugar a lot this month.

This is weird ! I never have any food cravings. If anything my period makes me lose my apitite lmao

I eat. So much. The week before my period, and then I eat barely anything while I'm on it!
