Spotted like a peach color AF is not due

So today I felt bloated realized (TMI) I needed to empty the water tank. I when I wiped I noticed a peach color on the napkin but very little amount. My period is not due for another 2-3 weeks and the past few days I've felt light headed and fatigue. My last period ended around the 4th of April. Any insight ladies?
