Early labor? 38 + 1

I may be in the first stage of labor. I'm extremely crampy. Back achy and abdomen. If I get up its like a tight band around my lower back and stomach. I haven't had any discomfort in awhile so this is new. I'm use to back aches and some tightening but what I'm experiencing now hasn't happened before. Going to wait and see
