heart to heart?

Ladies, is it obvious when you find the right person? My boyfriend and I are very good together, we get each other to try new things. everyday I wake up I know it's going to be okay because of him.  I was in a long relationship in the past and I never told my exI loved him, we avoided that. Well, now I'm terrified to tell my boyfriend how I feel because I never had worry about saying it before. I'm in college and scared that I'm still to young?
