Pack n play sheets??

Question

So my husband and I are moving soon after baby is born and decided to use the pack n play bassinet as his crib for now. The manual said to NEVER use a sheet on the mattress... I know they make sheets for the pack n play tho so obviously some people use sheets... should I just not even get sheets since he'll only be using it for a month or 2?

I never used a sheet on the bassinet part, only the big mattress once my daughter got bigger (6 mo or so) some pack and plays have sheets that are for that brand. Just make sure the sheet fits correctly, I'm sure they tell you not to use the sheet for liability reasons.

I use them just because babies spit up or diapers leak and. the sheet is easier clean up... However, I use the sheets meant for the pack n play, so they fit tight over the 'mattress', I don't see them as anymore of a suffocation risk than the mattress on its own.

I would because usually pack and play material isn't the most comfortable I would assume baby would be more comfortable on a sheet.
