Pregnant with diabetes!

I'm pregnant with type 1 diabetes. I was recently hospitalized for my blood sugars being too high during pregnancy!!! I am fight and struggling with keeping them low during my pregnancy. Everyday that I see a high sugar I cry because I know the greatest risk is having a stillborn baby. I'm just needing help on what to do to help me keep up on my diet and staying healthy??!!!.... I'm truly trying!!
