Staying clean?

Question

I always keep myself clean and I use a body wash specifically for the vaginal hygiene but since my miscarriage a year ago, every time my fertile window is open there is an odor I can not get rid of. Can anyone help? I'm really desperate. Mainly because I'm shipping to basic in about a month and hygiene is extremely important on the battle field.

My doc always tells me to just use plain water to wash my vaginal area. Anything else can seriously through off your PH

i dont know all bout fertility and junk- but supposedly using a lot of soaps and hygeine products can throw off your ph? even if its specifically for vaginal hygeine, the vagina cleans itself and is pretty self sufficient, so like idk, maybe ask ur doc about it or do some research about iiit...?
