Does this look infected? He's a week 3 days old. I've been letting it air dry and using alcohol pads. It has a weird smell when I get really close and smell it but I don't smell it when I'm just changing his diaper. Dry blood stains his onesies and I make sure they are loose enough. I'm s FTM and I have no idea. Please help.
