Mine used to look like that. It's old blood. For some reason it's taking a long time to get all the way out. 
I'm seeing a Chinese medicine practitioner, and she says I have "excessive abdominal heat." I looked it up online and basically the blood is too hot in there. It doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong, just that your organs aren't functioning at top notch. 
She gave me herbs, and mine is red now. And I feel much better in general.

Drink some water. It's just old blood, best way to clear it out is to stay super hydrated
