Took a test

So i took a FR pregnancy test. As i was waiting for the results it says to wait 3 minutes. But as it was going across the screen (not digital) where the second line should have appeared it became faint and then by the second line or the default line appeared, it was gone. Is that normal? It clearly shows a BFN now. But just curious.
