I think I need to hide it!

Okay so only 3 months ago I went through my second miscarriage. It has really had a impact on my partner which caused him to not want to try for any kids for a while. But we have a problem, we did once without a condom and since then I had a little bit of brown spot bleeding and now my period is 3 days late. I'm so scared to test, it's not that we won't be happy but we weren't 'trying' and if I take a test I don't think I'll be able to tell my partner😩 and I have only realised how sensitive/sore my nipples are, they have also darkened. Can anyone please just give me some advice or just someone to talk too? 😔
