Migraine and possibly preeclamptic... Hospital?

I've got an appointment in the morning for a NST and results of my second round of bloodwork and 24-hour urine test results. Today, I've had lots of anxiety, and been super stressed out. I feel like my bp is probably elevated but I'm not positive. I've got swelling. I've got a migraine out of nowhere, now and I'm wondering if I should go to L&D. I'm not feeling any contractions or anything, but the week before last, my doctor told me to go to the hospital if I got a bad headache with vision changes. I can't tell if my vision is distorted or if it's just a migraine (I suffer from them a lot of times, but not so much lately...) Should I go to Labor and Delivery or should I be ok until my appointment in the morning? I'm 38 weeks 3 days...
