Need help. Weird cold feeling in breast.
I seem to be experiencing a cold feeling in my breasts after I breastfeed. The feeling is internal. If I touch my breast it feels 'normal' temperature. It passes in a few minutes.
I don't believe its mastitis. I have no other symptoms.
I try to eat healthy. Of course I am sleep deprived.....but what nursing Mom isnt.
Any advice would be so helpful. Thanks.
