okay so I have the iud (paraguard) I've been having it for like 5 months now but my period is now 3 days almost 4 days late which is weird bc it's usually on time.. so I'm really nervous but also 2 weeks ago my parents found out I was having sex and I got super stressed out. could that be affecting my period? oh and I've had little cramps a few days ago
