Very Heartbroken

Yesterday morning I started to bleed I was 10 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I thought this was finally going to be my rainbow baby. My husband and I had been trying ttc since September 2015. I got pregnant using famara a fertility drug in February we were so excited. This is my 4th miscarriage we are so heartbroken. I feel so hopeless right now I don't know what to do. My doctor is so wonderful he is already coming up with plans for the next time we get pregnant he is going to run genetic tests on my blood and tissue from this miscarriage to figure out why this keeps happening. Any words of wisdom or stories is very welcomed. Please pray for us.
