Working while pregnant.🙍🏻😷

Hi guys! I really need some advice. I am 11 weeks pregnant now, and i am working in a factory. my schedule is one week day shift one week night shift. 8 to 10hrs a day. And my work is to check some parts of mold plastics and i have to say that the smell is really not nice, even though im wearing protection mask there is still some Smells that i inhaled. Is this good to my baby and me? Do i still continue this job? Or quit? I dont have any choice. there is no new other job that will accept me now that im 13weeks. Besides i am base here in japan. And most of the job here is factory worker.
