Stomach virus in the house

On Sunday my 3 months old started  throwing up and had diehrea.. Went to Doctor on Monday gave him special simlac formula for diehrea and pediolyte to drink, 2 days later he is ok just a soft stool...now yesterday my 2 year old started to vomit and she has diehrea. She is takingn it worst then the baby. Doctor said no milk no fruits, just rice bread and bananas. She doesn't want to eat, she drinks minimal and all she wants is milk. Any advice what I can give her to make her feel better ? Any home remedies ? Doctor said no medication just diet change.
