12 days late? Should i be worried?!

Im new here and i really need help ladies :( i am usually very regular if a day or 2 out. I am now 12 days late. Ive got a runny/blocked nose and sore throat. I ache all over mildly. My nipples are really sore to touch but not the rest of my boob. I have slight cramps but nothing like a period feels. I also had a few brown spots in my knickers 2 weeks after my last period. Whats your opinions?
