I woke up at 2:30 am this morning to go pee and I was bleeding! The blood was dark I started crying and called out to my SO he rushed to the bathroom and told me there had to be an explanation... I have a doc appointment this afternoon and I'm at work right now and literally had to insert a tampon cuz I was bleeding a bit more when I got to work, I am 4 weeks and a day today ... I was so excited when I found out and now my heart is breaking... I thought maybe implantation but it looks to dark and it's not flowing out but everytime I pee and wipe it's there 😭😭😭 any words of wisdom would help because I have no one to tell since we decided not to share the news with anyone in our family yet about our pregnancy 😢😥😭
