Any TTC #1 tips?!

Any tips that have worked for any of you ladies while trying to conceive baby #1!??? I'm super eager and my husband and I want a baby so bad! (:

Try pre-seed. It works. Also track your ovulation. Then on your peak days you gotta BD (baby dance). I put my hips up for 15 mins. But that's optional. Hopefully it works for you. Sending baby dust.
