Ovulation bleedin

Hi ladies a while back I had some ovulation bleeding I've never had that before since then I've been cramping is that a good sign?? I've been trying for a while jst found out a while back that my right Fallopian tube is blocked. So what I do after bd i turn to my left side hopefully God willing it works.. Any how my question is if after the bleeding is it a good sign bein crampin?? Thank u
