Faint Positives

I got a faint positive 5 days after my missed period at the end of January that resulted in an early natural miscarriage mid Feb. now I'm 3 days late for my period still getting BFN, although I'm feeling all the same symptoms I did when I was pregnant the last time. I'm pretty sure I'm pregnant and will test again on Saturday.

Do faint positives mean anything, especially when you test and they came up that late? I'm absolutely terrified of another miscarriage as it was my first pregnancy. Do faint positives mean that my HCG isn't doubling like it should? That's what happened last time. 😢🙏🏼
