Stretch marks

Is this gonna be here forever? Even my old naval piercing is screwed up. I live in Florida so the beach is pretty much my life. Will my stomach be able to go back to what it used to be?

Edit: Yes, I've been using cocoa butter and bio oil. Didn't help much especially after I started getting the PUPPPs rash. That made the stretch marks worse.
