Good/bad news...not sure how to feel

Had my first appt today and happy to say that baby is fine however I found out I have something going on similar to last time (I had a sch). There is a sac of blood and they are monitoring it closely to make sure it absorbs. And I have to see a specialist. And on top of that I found out I have a bicornate uterus! I was never told that before and though they didn't say it I feel as though that could've contributed to my previous loss! I feel horrible! 😢😢
