How much does your BBT have to rise to show you ovulated?

Mine rose 0.47 degrees Fahrenheit from yesterday morning to this morning. Does this mean I ovulated?

Answer

If you have three days of consistently higher temperatures then you ovulated :) sometimes you can get a random spike. Good luck!
