Big Baby?! 8lb 9oz @38+3

Just 2 weeks ago they told me they estimated I'd have a 7.5 lb baby and now he's measuring 8.5 with a week and a half to go?  Ultrasound tech says he's 89th percentile.  I'm technically measuring 39+1.  Should I expect him to come early?!

Those measurements are so off.  They said my son was 7.5 and three days later he was born 10.5.

No, my son measured the same at 38 weeks and was born 5 days after his due date.

Nope! Those can be off 1-2lbs either way. Doesn't mean baby will come early.
