So someone explain in English what your temp should be while your ovulating. And how to check it? I know kinda stupid but I never looked into it

You take your temperature each day using a bbt thermometer upon waking without sitting up or getting out of bed. Mark it on a chart (Fertility Friend is a good online one) after you ovulate your temperature will increase and stay high until your AF or will continue to stay high if you are pregnant. Use alongside opk's and checking CM and cervix position these will tell you when you are near to ovulation so you can BD the temping will confirm that you definitely ovulated (you can have a positive opk and still not ovulate) good luck :)

After ovulation it goes up for 3-4 days, but that's about all I know haha
