Are my standards too high?

So, I'm 25 and I've never been able to keep a bf for more than maybe 4 months. They all said my standards were too high and the fact that I refused to have sex with them because I didn't know for sure if I loved them or not was also a factor. Here is what I expect from my guy. Respect, communication, honesty, fairness, willingness to learn, a good sense of humor (when appropriate of course), and just LISTEN to me! Not saying he has to do what I tell him. I just want him to listen to what I'm saying to him. I need to know that he values my voice and opinions as much as, if not more, than my looks. Am I asking too much? Sometimes guys make me feel like I am.
