Cramping since 4 DPO

So this is my first time posting on glow, and would like some advice. I have had sensitive nipples since around 3DPO and I started cramping since 4DPO, the pain was increased on 5/6 DPO but is just mild now. I am currently 7DPO and AF is due on the 28th of April.

I was wondering if these are good signs of pregnancy as they are not my usual AF symptoms.

I have been TTC for 3 months and have used ovulation sticks this month and ovulated on cycle day 14/15.

Did anyone else have these symptoms get a BPF?
