I had sex last month the day before the day my period ended and the day after my period went off. So tomorrow my period starts but today I had light pink discharge only once. Could this mean I'm pregnant or implantation bleeding?

Unless you ovulated within five days after your sexual activity, then no, it's just your period beginning.

If you did ovulate that early, then there's a chance.
