9 weeks is way too early for flutters, right?

I've heard people saying they legitimately could feel the baby early on. And a lot of people saying there's no way in hell you can feel the baby that early. I'm dated at 9 weeks 3 days and I swear it feels like flutters. I know I sound INSANE.
No, it's not bowel feelings. I've lived with IBSA. I know every version of how those feel.
No it's not stretching uterus cramps. I've had plenty of those.
It legit feels like the lightest little wriggling feeling. Or very very light touches.
I know I sound insane because it's so early. But I swear this is different than any feeling I've had before now.
Anyone else felt this?
Do you figure out what it was?
Or did you believe it was baby?
Or did you just think you were crazy and move on?
