Thinking to take out my birth control.. Nexplanon

I got my birth control (Nexplanon) since April 10th 2015. It's been a year since I got it. A few months ago, I've feeling so bad emotionally and sexually. Everyday it's so different. I can feel great, bad, depress. If my partner tell me something that I think is wrong, I will cry like a baby. PS: we are having so much problems for my emotions. My period is horrible. I have like 5 months that I don't get it. I get so irritable for anything.. I just want to take this out but at the same time I don't want babies right..
