For anyone who has had a miscarriage, how was your first period after ? I had a miscarriage last month.. I usually start around the 19th, but I had been experiencing cramps for a few days. Well I started my period today. At first it was really light, than it got heavy around this evening. But I can't help to get in my feelings because, (excuse the to much information) I passed the baby naturally and it looks exactly the same way it did when I had my miscarriage. Any encouragement? Advice?
