Car seat handle or cushion?

My LO is only 12 pounds & already so heavy for me to carry in car seat! I've seen some arm cushions on Amazon but not sure that will help alleviate the problem. Any suggestions??

We have a snap n go stroller so I don't have to carry the seat. It folds up pretty small so it's convenient and easy. I also love in a large elevator apartment complex tho, so may be walking a bit further than the average person. Not sure if it makes sense for shorter walks (house to car) or apts w stairs.
