Yeast infection?! Treatment

What the heck!! I have a yeast infection! I know you can't take Diflucan while pregnant. My OB said Monastat 7 for it. Makes me nervous. Any insight? Yuck!!! I've been dealing with these on/off for a few months.

Happened to me with my first child.  I was diagnosed with BV at 5wks (first time I had ever experienced BV) but the antibiotic for that caused me to then get a yeast infection.  I took monistat for the yeast and it cleared it up but then caused more acidity which turned into BV again. Went from BV to yeast infection to BV then yeast again before the "balance" was regulated.  The back and forth stopped when I started eating as much raw garlic as I could handle and 2 spoonfuls of vinegar a day.  I stopped after the infections stopped and then never experienced it again.  Doc said it is common in first trimester.  My child is a healthy 2 yr. old today so monistat is safe :-)  Don't worry ...

Try summers eve wash or vagisil wash and use the powders and they have wipes that's what all.I use

I experienced the same thing, Monistat literally burned me the last time I tried it so I've tried natural remedies this go round.
