How do you guys do it? I'm having a really hard time getting up every two hours. I'm exhausted enough as it is, but my lactation consultant says I have to in order to increase my supply. In the early morning, around 3-7am, my daughter will sleep the whole time, and I've been letting her. I just have such a hard time waking up when that's basically the only sleep I get all day. How do you do it?
