Cramping?

I'm almost 4 months pregnant and I get this occasional cramping right where I'm pointing. I'm curious if any other mommies have experienced this before. Sometimes it worries me, but it doesn't happen all the time. I don't know if I should schedule an appointment with my ob or not.

It's just the baby and your uterus growing.  Only worry about it if there is bleeding and the cramping gets worse.  Your fine.

I get it when I'm sneezing coughing or laughing, it's the round ligament that connects your uterus to your pelvis!! It's growing big and strong to support baby! Think of a hot air balloon tethered  to the ground, takes on a lot of stretching and pulling!

Yes, it's very normal to hv that cramping. I got it a lot when I was @ 1st n 2nd trimester.
