My crotch has been super itchy lately and I think it's because I've been sweating more with the hot weather, but I was checking myself out and I have small bumps on my labia that look like whiteheads. They bug me a lot.  I'm only 14 and I don't have routine gynecologist oppointments and I'm kind of embarrassed.  Please help!
