Is toy bloonies super toxic???

So i was using the bloonies balloon and as soon as i opened it had a terrible smell like a nail salon! I blew just one but i inhaled some of the strong smell! Idk what i was thinking! The package all over says toxic! Does anyone know if inhaling just one time can be bad when im pregnant? Im 28 weeks and im freaking out!! Again idk why i used the stupid toy maybe because i wanted to remember my childhood...
