What I did differently and led to BFP at 12dpo

Hey ladies! Thought I would add a thread to tell you what I did different this cycle. This was my 4th cycle of TTC. Since CD1 I have been drinking Yogi Raspberry leaf tea, taking B12 vitamins, and prenatal vitamins. (Since I started TTC I would only take prenatal vitamins) This cycle I also used an OPK and BD the morning of my positive OPK using preseed. I know I ovulated later that day because I felt cramps that I couldn't ignore. I also would have protein shake with banana for breakfast, had salad every day for lunch,  and ate a healthy dinner. I also had an occasional glass of wine here and there to relax during my TWW
As far as symptoms I did not feel implantation cramping, no cramping I usually feel before AF, my boobs weren't sore they just felt heavy, no nausea, I just felt random back pain. I tested at 10dpo and got a CLEAR BFN! I went out to dinner with my hubby on 12dpo and just felt different so I took at test (was expecting a BFN) and next thing you know BFP! So don't get discouraged ladies when you test early! I hope this thread helps!! Baby dust to ALL!✨✨
